Donna was so helpful with her knowledge of various kinds of shades (amount of UV shading, things to think about that we wouldn’t have known, etc.) and prices. She listens first to customer preferences and suggests from that baseline. Her posts that kept me updated for delivery and installation and her billing were excellently done.
